EU Youth Strategy survey - Youth organisations

Early this year the European Commission launched an interim evaluation of the implementation of the “EU Youth Strategy” for the period 2010-2014. In the context of this evaluation, ICF International is running a survey amongst youth organisations across the EU in order to collect their views on the “EU Youth Strategy”.

A paid traineeship of 5 months with the European Commission (or some executive bodies and agencies of the European Institutions like, for instance, the European External Action Service or Executive Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation), starting on either 1st March or 1st October.

You will receive a monthly grant of some €1,000 and reimbursement of travel expenses. Accident and health insurance can also be provided.

Every year, there are about 1.400 places available.

The European Commission is recruiting a Deputy Secretary-General (grade AD15) in the Secretariat-General who will be responsible for the oversight of the European Commission’s relations with other institutions as well as for protocol matters. He / She represents the European Commission at CoRePer and the European Parliament and liaises with the Economic and Social Committee, the Committee of the Regions and national parliaments.

The main objective of this Preparatory Action is to create a line of funding for the final benefit of victims of torture whether EU citizens and /or migrants present in the Union.

The Preparatory Action is implemented directly by Directorate–General for Migration and Home Affairs of the European Commission (hereinafter referred to as DG HOME) through grants awarded pursuant to this open call for proposals.
